This cottage faces south over a large sunny garden & lawns, & has glazed doors which open from the living room & kitchen onto the south-facing patio.

There are two bedrooms, bathroom, lounge & kitchen.

The main double bedroom is upstairs, along with the bathroom which has bath with shower over. The second bedroom has a single bed & bunk beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a dining table in the kitchen, however the patio outside is a lovely area to eat and socialise providing the weather is dry! The lounge has comfy sofas, a TV & DVD player, and there are also books and board games.

Heating is by storage heaters and a wood-burning stove for which we provide free logs.

Digital TV & free WiFi connection.
