Booking Form

Please read our Terms & Conditions before making your booking. 

  • To secure your booking we require a 25% deposit and a completed booking form.  The remaining balance must be paid 28 days before the commencement of your stay.  For bookings made 28 days or less before the commencement of your stay, payment is required in full.  Payments can be made by cheque or credit card.
  • Cancelling your booking up to eight weeks prior to your holiday will mean losing your deposit. Cancelling less than 8 weeks prior to your holiday will mean losing the entire holiday cost. We endeavour to re-let the accommodation and if this is successful any money paid will be refunded less costs.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your stay if you or any member of your party are believed to be causing a nuisance to other guests, or are not treating the property with due care and respect.
  • The cottage must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Any articles which are damaged or lost must be paid for.
  • Only the persons listed on the booking form are allowed to stay in the accommodation.
  • The proprietor reserves the right to enter the property during your stay.
  • The proprietor reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking, & refunds will be made without any further liability.
  • We have a strict no smoking policy in the holiday cottages.
  • Dogs are to be well behaved and are not allowed on any furniture. They are allowed of the lead but must be supervised at all times.
  • Dogs must not be left unattended at any time, & their owners are responsible for clearing up any dog litter created by their pet and disposing of it.
